Return and Refund Policy

Return Process
Regardless of the reason, you have 30 days to return the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period. To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@hearthom.com. Please ensure that the goods are unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Please pack the goods carefully and send them back to us using a reliable courier service to prevent damage or loss of the shipment. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds
Once the returned goods have been verified, the money will be refunded using the original payment method used to pay for the order. The refund will appear in your account within 7 days, so please be patient. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification. The good news is that you will not be charged any fees for returning the goods. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment service provider. If it takes longer, please contact us immediately and we will look into it.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied and want to exchange the goods, simply send us an email to support@hearthom.com with your order details and exchange request. We will then send you instructions on how to return the goods with all the details. Please note, however, that you can only return unused goods within 30 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hearthom.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If your order is already underway, you may return it after delivery following our return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please take clear photos showing the problem clearly, including the packaging if possible. Then send us an email to support@hearthom.com with your order number and photos. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but don't worry, we will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
