What Do You Need to Know?

  • If you change your mind or just decide to return the items, you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
  • We do not charge any fees for returning goods.
  • You will receive your refund within 7 days.
  • You must pay the return shipping costs.
  • We accept exchanges.
  • This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

How Does It Work?

Regardless of the reason, you have 30 days to return the goods. Once this period has expired, we will unfortunately no longer accept your returned goods. If you are seriously dissatisfied and really want to return the goods, please first send us an email to support@hearthom.com. We will try to process your request as quickly as possible, but sometimes it takes a while. Once we have processed your request, we will send you all the necessary information so that you can send the goods back to us. Please note that you can only return unused and unworn clothing. Pack it carefully so that nothing happens to it during the return trip. Then send it back, preferably using a reliable courier service, to prevent the goods from getting lost or damaged. Don't forget that you have to pay the shipping costs, but don't worry, we won't charge you any restocking fees.

When Will I Get My Money Back?

As soon as we receive your goods, we will check them and refund your money to your account within 7 days. However, this depends largely on your bank, so it may take longer, so please be patient.

Make sure the goods are unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and undamaged packaging. Pack the goods carefully and send them back to us using a reliable courier service to prevent damage or loss of the shipment. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Exchanging an Item

Not the right size or not the color you wanted? No worries, you can just text us at support@hearthom.com and ask for an exchange. You can exchange the items within 30 days of the delivery date as long as they are unused.

I Want to Cancel My Order

We are sorry if you decide to cancel your order, but plans can sometimes change. Simply write to us at support@hearthom.com and we will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Otherwise, unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel it and you will have to return the goods.

Problem With the Goods Received

Do you need to file a complaint? We will find a solution for you. Just take a photo and describe the problem (damage, wrong color etc.) and send us this information to support@hearthom.com. We apologize for any inconvenience.
